Nice location good food .. summer 2020

Very very nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. But the price for breakfast is fat and not justified. 1 star deduction. Some things are in need of improvement for such an upscale hotel.

Room 10 is large, floor with sloping ceilings, view of the Müritzsee, little daylight falls into the room, but fly screens in front of the window. Bathroom very small, small shower tray 50x50 and high. Defect of the defective shower head quickly fixed. Staff friendly and courteous. Restaurant dishes not appealing.

Restaurant only (we sat inside due to the weather): I had solyanka and herring fillet for my main course. Very tasty, large portion. Tender fillet. Also great service.

Was there yesterday had fish for 19 € because you expect good quality, unfortunately it was not the fish / breading was burnt, the remocade sauce was with apples (I'm allergic) and too little! This restaurant is not recommended!

Well, we had a bite to eat in the restaurant. First of all, I don't think it's great that 1 euro more is taken for corona expenses. The staff only cleaned the table once. Then you shouldn't use spray cream for ice cream or cake, which is also nothing special, as was done in this case. The only thing that was ok is the coffee. Not recommendable, I can't comment on the rooms.

The food was delicious but there was only a tiny selection of 6 dishes. Not to be recommended

Good restaurant with a couple of hooks Delicious steak "au four", but the rump steak fried very dark and no longer really medium. Unfortunately, it also tasted slightly burnt. Have eaten better rump steaks. The service in the restaurant is super organized and friendly. At the moment you can only get a table with prior reservation. So spontaneous is not possible.

Extremely unfriendly staff. We waited 15 minutes for service and we were repeatedly ignored. We were one of 5 groups that waited and ended up leaving the queue and the restaurant was only half full. Never again

We were one (very restless) night in the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast delicious, the location right on the lake is beautiful. Unfortunately, we couldn't test the restaurant because it is closed. Our room faced the busy main street through Röbel, unfortunately it was loud. The house is generally noisy, so that in the end a reasonably restful night was only possible for us with earplugs. The information on room facilities and comfort were proactively addressed by us on departure, we were not asked about our stay. The lady at the front desk kindly took note of the information and pointed out renovations that were already planned. Conclusion: staff really very nice, they "saved" the not so good impression of the room

Didn't come to eat at all. Waiting time to get a table, although enough free, unbearably long. Only one person for assignment, cashing, serving, clearing - you feel like you have been transported back 40 years

after 2 years we were back and still enthusiastic about the food and the friendly service! and on top of that there are the wonderful grill spice mixes that we have always been using at home for 2 years! We recommend!

We stayed in the hotel for one night on a bike tour in mid-August 2020. There are probably two categories of rooms. The ones for cyclists are probably not very comfortable. About 6 years ago, I went on a bike tour in the same room, nothing had changed since then.

Here you are already too full ... Despite plenty of space on the terrace, you are turned away because opening one of the parasols is probably too time-consuming. We didn't want to enjoy the sun in the "cool restaurant"

About 1 week ago I was there with my family for a coffee and a piece of cake. We sat outside in the lounge with a view of the Müritz and the ambience was very nice. The cake was also very tasty and the young service was always very nice and accommodating. I liked it, I'll be back :) Thank you!

One thinks of a hotel and often forgets the restaurant. We ate here 2 times, absolutely amazing. Everything is fresh and the cook is just incredibly good. Who is in the vicinity should definitely stop here. Many greetings to the very nice service.

The food was ok But the service could be improved, the bar and the beer garden were pretty empty, but guests were still being sent away. We had to wait a long time for drinks, and the coffee we ordered didn't come. In a hotel with high standards, you can expect more. Another visit does not take place.

Overnight great. Breakfast great. Kon the area ........ without comment

Maik and Kai really know how to welcome foreign visitors. Great food, amazing views over Germany's largest lake. Highly recommended.

The look of it was Very nice everything looked nice and the location is just cool and I had a nice view. The Service was ok because i had to wait some Time for my Food
